I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1998 and have much experience in the local real estate market. I am a Notary Public and have been a long time Medford homeowner, resident and landlord. I have a BS in Education from Salem State College and graduated from the Massachusetts Bankers Association of Financial Studies and once taught elementary school.

She presented a thoroughly researched market analysis and marketing plan, and advised us on what we should do to prepare for the sale. She kept us informed throughout all the open houses, private showings and verbal offers. Then helped us through the offer acceptance, P&S process and finally the closing. She responded well to changes in the market in regards to the target buyers and what price we would likely end up being offered. Highly recommend!
