She stayed on top of the various steps that needed to happen and when obstacles came up, she always figured out a way to smooth out the process. We had a few hiccups that came up, and it was reassuring to know Connie was in touch with the lender, inspector, appraiser, and anyone else to make sure things could be completed as quickly as possible. We appreciate her so much!
