Buyer reviewMy husband and I have bad credit Connie was able to find a place we loved and we were able to afford.. Even though she has not worked with rental properties in a while she did not hesatate to hunt down MLS properties than match our needs and she called us and checked on us regularly through the entire process and called property managers to check on things for us we never had to call them ourselves.. Due to her we could a little house that fit all our needs and is in a great school zone for our children... She even called a few days after we moved just to check on us and invite us to go to a town fair thing at her expense ... Connie is a great woman and in a year when we have repaired our credit some w are returning to her for the house we plan to buy

Buyer reviewIn reference to "Local Knowledge of area, communities and properties" It was very important to me that the Agent be very knowledgeable in this area not only of the area but also knowing people of the area. I was born and raised in this area and wouldn't have felt comfortable with someone showing around this area not knowing nothing of it. In reference of to "Inspections/Open Houses" Connie was very informative of things I should look out for and should take into consideration when looking at houses, I Greatly appreciated that. In reference to "Exchange of contracts and closing" I was always keep well informed of what was going on in the process and felt very comfortable asking Connie questions, she did very well explaining all the different steps in the process in such a way that I could understand. In reference to " Attention to detail" Connie Herron is Top Notch.... there was never a moment were I felt concerned about her not covering all the bases. In regards to "Negotiating the price and terms of purchase" Connie's level of performance in this area made me feel like she was on My Team and that she was doing everything she could possibly do to ensure the best outcome for me.
