I appreciated the COVID-19 safety concerns that were taken to lessen the risk of exposure for myself and others. At the beginning, Connie mentioned that "you'll know" when the right house is found and I can't explain that feeling but it is real and I'm so grateful for Connie for making this happen. Connie Moulaison was very approachable and open with communication whenever I needed anything. She was available through email, phone, and text and I appreciated her checking in with me periodically just to see how I'm doing and feeling with the process. She was attentive to my needs and we were able to 'hone' in on my preferences as we visited more listings. The geography I was looking at was quite large and she was helpful, patient, and wiling to go wherever if it provided a possibility for me. Connie's suggestion that we raise the canopy of the many trees around our house really improved its showing. Also, the photography inside and out (including the use of a drone) captured the beauty of our house and property. Connie is a consummate professional as well as extremely personable.
