Wonderful experience with Connie Perry! Couldnt have asked for better!

We first listed with Ella Burgess, an agent (then) with your company who resided in Arlington at the the time of the listing. She was excellent but she moved and soon thereafter recommended Connie to take over the listing. After conversing with Connie, we agreed to work with her. Needless to say, we were thrilled with her from the start--to the finish! I reside in Atlanta, Georgia so all of our communications were via cell phones. She was always available to answer my questions and she did an excellent job representing us in the sale of this property. We were lucky indeed to get to work with her.

Connie ( Perry) sent me several listings every few days and was happy to get me in to view the properties as soon as possible. Seemed genuinely more concerned with finding my perfect home than making a commission. Connie never got frustrated when I didn't like a property. She would say, "we will just keep looking until we find your home."

Connie went above and beyond her duties to clean our property, miraculously video the inside and outside surroundings, do all of the leg work regarding the septic system, and legal work which took all of the hassle out of selling the property. Connie's hard work ethic, honesty, intelligent decision making, and pleasing personality allowed us to sell the cabin for a fair price, hassle-free, in a timely manner. I can't think of anyone else I would want for my realtor. Connie handled all matters with high integrity and respect. We could not have had a more professional realtor. connie was always timely with her communications. She was very helpful and easy to work with explaining all details and internet support with legal paperwork. She kept everything simple and facilitated the sales process in a timely manner. Honest, hard-working, intelligent, and pleasing personality are all positives for Connie Perry.

As I don't live in the area and do not know the real estate market there, having an agent with local knowledge and sufficient interest in my remote lakeside cabin was critically important. Connie clearly demonstrated that she knew the market and was eager to represent us. It was a pleasure to work with Connie in every aspect of the transaction. She's a great communicator, provided good counsel, explains things well and patiently, and manages all very professionally and efficiently. Given our cabin was a small transaction, I was totally impressed by the level of attention and service we were afforded. Connie makes you feel like you're the most important customer she has! Connie went above and beyond to prepare the cabin for viewing, including physically removing clutter, getting the cabin and grounds cleaned and presentable, taking pictures and video, and talking with neighbors to alert them to possible visitor traffic. Again, my sister and I live out of town and really could not tend to these things. Furthermore, Connie helped remove potential roadblocks to a sale by getting a survey done for us, confirming that a dock could be built, and investigating the status of the septic line. These actions, in my opinion, are those of a smart, hard-working realtor who is anticipating the buyer's questions and trying to meet those expectations. I give Connie 5 Stars! She reflects well on Century 21 and I'd say the company is lucky to have her on board!
