Seller reviewWe interviewed 3 brokers from 3 different agencies. Connie Reppuhn was the third one we spoke to and she was the only one who came prepared. She had already done her comps of the area and let us know right from the initial meeting what we could expect, as to the probability for selling our home, both price and length of time on the market. The other two brokers talked with us, then said, "we'll get back with you." Connie impressed us right from the start! Our home sold in less than a week! Connie proved to be a very skilled negotiator and was able to obtain a higher dollar sale than we thought we could get. We were very happy with the overall sales experience. The sale of one's home can be a very trying, emotional experience. Connie helped us and put us at ease through all phases of the sale.

She continued to be very responsive and available throughout the process, and took the time and made the effort to understand that we had some very specific items that we needed to be comfortable with before we were ready to buy. That included several walkthroughs and multiple inspections. She willingly worked through it with us, and that - as much as anything - helped close the deal.
