Buyer reviewConnie guided us successfully through a very complex home purchase. As we lived near the coast in California, we could not always be in Arizona when a property of interest came on the market and the speed at which great properties were being snatched up made our situation even more difficult. Many times when properties were listed, she quickly traveled to the Prescott area providing us with a ZOOM meeting so that we could see whether we wanted to make an offer. She is patient, hard-working and very trust worthy. We absolutely couldn't be happier with our new home. The right size. The right location. And, $25,000 below the appraised value. My wife and I strongly recommend Connie for all real estate needs!

She was excellent at keeping me on track to make sure I met my self imposed deadlines for preparing my house for listing. She even stepped right in and helped move furniture to prepare for an Open House on the following day! (Who does that?) I would not hesitate to use her again. Buyer reviewWe bought the house, with Connie's help after seeing it on web video and pictures. We have never been there, as yet, but our daughter has. Connie communicated well with the sellers agent when I had questions. She also provided good local information. IE. utilities, cable, fire protection and so on. She is very pleasant to converse with and grasps issues quickly.

She was very kind and personable, but she was also extremely professional and fought on our behalf in the deal. She was diligent and communicative, but she didn't suffocate us or make us feel pressured.
