In a small town, personal recommendations and positive feedback are more important than statistics. I trusted my friend, who trusted Conor Loughran. He was, by far, the best decision I made in my search for my new home. Conor was quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. He was willing to show me any house that I wanted to see, as well as ones he knew I would want to view. He did not pressure me into an offer, or my purchase. He is highly knowledgeable about his business, yet he allowed me to decide when it was time to make the offer on my new home. I would most definitely recommend Conor Loughran to anyone I know that is looking to sell or buy a house. He was a perfect fit for my needs.

Conor was an excellent resource for selling our house. My wife and I used Conor in the past to purchase the home. Just as before, Conor was instrumental in the sale. At one point I was concerned about leaving the home on the market over the winter. Conor, with his expertise, advised me that leaving it on the market would be a better option. Within 2 weeks we received our first offer, which ultimately resulted in the sale of the home.
