Like many who come to enjoy Vermont's beauty, I am still overjoyed with the changes of the seasons and spending time with family and friends in our great outdoors. With a heritage rich in French traditions, I have a true appreciation for the many cultures that enrich our area. Seller reviewConnie met with us prior to putting the property up for sale and made great suggestions on how to prepare the property and what to list for. Once ready to put the property on the market, Connie took pictures and placed the sign. The property looked great online and the price was attractive to buyers. Connie had a buyer after her first showing, and we had an offer 4 days after the property was listed. Thanks for everything Connie!

Although we had a few interested clients none returned with a counter offer. Constance advised me on the sales prospects for the area and advise I had over priced my request. When I turned the sale over to her and dropped the asking price to a more reasonable price, we immediately received an interested offer.
