I work for the El Dorado Union High School District, and Connie helped us conduct a land valuation for a project in conjunction with Caltrans. She was super helpful and walked us through the process. Additionally, the District was recently presented with an opportunity to purchase a 4 acre parcel adjacent to the one of the high schools, and Connie was extraordinarily helpful in negotiating that deal as well.
