Seller reviewHaving never met Connie Ryan, I had no particular expectations of her. I figured that she would get my property sold, but that I'd have to hold it through the winter. Boy, was I surprised! She listed the house on Saturday and showed it to two couples on Sunday, both interested in buying it. She negotiated a cash offer that was very close to my asking price and I accepted the offer. On SUNDAY!! The day after it was listed! Connie was a wealth of knowledge and a straight shooter. She told me the good and bad about my property and we agreed upon an asking price in one session. This was based on her market research and her extensive knowledge of the sales trends in the area. I feel very fortunate for having had her as my agent.
