After the first two deals fell through, due to no fault of Connie's, we took a new approach and a new strategy going forward. Connie presented our offer directly to the seller and not to the sellers agent. She presented a market analysis of comparables which showed that our offer was above market value even though it was significantly less than the seller was asking. Connie got us the home that we wanted for the price that we wanted to pay. Connie puts the interests of her clients first and foremost and will work hard to get you the home you've always wanted! Buyer reviewLast fall, while visiting New York from our home in Kansas, we found a lakeside home that seemed perfect for our retirement. Since a) we had to return to Kansas (1,200 miles away) after only two short viewings and handle everything from there, b) it was not a typical,straightforward sale, and c) we were dealing with a very unmotivated seller, it was imperative that we found a realtor that was capable and up for the challenge.
