Seller reviewCorinne Savage made a huge difference in many ways. She recommended excellent colors for repainting the house (not the same old white), guided me through the process of obtaining necessary documents from my HOA and made sure that I implemented all the HOA architectural committee recommendations, staged the house and backyard patio nicely, did her homework about the prices of similarly situated townhouse in our neighborhood and explained the cons of overpricing the house, helped me compare the two offers received so I could make a decision about which offer to accept, etc.

Her attention to detail in dealing with vendors, repairmen, painters, other agents, etc. is just excellent. And Corinne stays in touch throughout the process so I always feel comfortable and confident during the process that I'm up-to-date on what's going on. This was especially important for this sale as I was in another state and felt absolutely confident having Corinne handling the Virginia sale.

Seller reviewI had used Corinne Savage before and was so pleased to be able to use her again for this sale. I am an out-of-town executor of an estate and needed someone with her expertise. She works with Kap Cohen who handles the estate sale and cleaning out of the property and is absolutely exellent at his job. He and Corinne handled everything down to landscaping, repairs, staging of the property. They make an excellent team. Corinne handled any items/issues that arose and followed through with each and every concern throughout the entire process. I can't imagine a more dedicated and commited realtor and I would certainly use, and recommend, her to anyone who is ready to sell their home.
