I had used Cortnee when I bought my first property (A Condo). The process went so well that I knew when it was time to move up to a house that she would be the person to talk to about selling my condo and finding the perfect house. We started the process of looking for a house just before the COVID-19 Pandemic started. When Illinois was shutting down to prevent the spread, Cortnee kept us up to date on how things would be handled and what needed to be done even as procedures were constantly being updated. Her local knowledge and expertise were essential to making a complicated process seem simple.
