Seller reviewCory Beuerle was recommended to us by friends who had recently had Cory as their Agent. They raved about her! Now we are doing the raving! We have used five Agent/brokers in our lives so far, and this was by far our best experience. Cory is knowledgeable and she explains everything so there are no misunderstandings. We needed some time to get into our new place and she made that happen for us. I have never had as much confidence in any agent before her. She is warm and friendly and we absolutely love her. In my opinion, she is simply the very best at what she does! We highly recommend her. We met with Cory and Faith for the first time on August 7th. Cory made a few suggestions to us to get the house ready for sale, which we did. Our house officially went on the market on August 24th and we accepted a full price offer on the following day (August 25). We closed October 9th, still leaving us until November 13th to be out of the property without paying rent It worked out perfectly! She was everything we could have asked for. We loved getting to know her. She is amazing! This was a completely positive experience.
