They both had the ability to calm our nerves and assure us we would be ok all in a professional yet personal matter. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Faith evaluated our home under difficult circumstances as it is a vintage home with no real comps in the area. She set a price and was honest with us about the few similar comps she could find in our area. The photographer Cory hired was wonderful, his photos and drone footage were awesome. He made our house look beautiful. We had over 5,000 lookers on the Zillow website, most likely due to his wonderful photography. Cory knows her stuff! She knows the pulse of this community with her many connections. She is the one you want to sell your home or purchase a new one. We were so impressed with her knowledge and connections in this community. She works well with other agents and makes things happen! I wouldn't think of buying our new home without her……she's the one!!
