Buyer reviewCourtney Solley is amazing to work with. She was very focused on listing our home for the best price possible, providing feedback on what changes we should make for the property to sell at the best price, and keeping us stress free. She held multiple open houses and networked with other realtors to encourage them to show the property. We also purchased our new home with Courtney Solley. She was wonderful walking us through the contracting and closing process. She even got the seller to take the bulk of the closing costs. We discovered a few issues when we moved in (things nobody would think to look for) and she worked with the other realtor to pay for the fixes out of their own pockets. Couldn't have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend Courtney to everyone I know.
