He handled everything. All I had to do was approve his recommendation. Craig and his team were always extremely professional. I couldn't have asked for a more assistance from Craig's team. They even offered to help me pack. Could not have asked for anything more. This was not an "easy" sale due to a few legal issues. Craig handled them with ease and a level head. He always gave me solid professional advice.

Seller reviewWe met Craig at our condo and he came prepared. He explained how and when he would list our unit. He went right to work, contacted our lawyer, listed and sold our unit within a week. We passed papers one month later, Craig answered our questions by phone, email and text within minutes, and he was available 24/7. We felt confident through out the entire transaction that things were being taken care of quickly and professionally. We could not have been happier with the outcome.
