Raised in Portage, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a current resident of the scenic Lodi / Lake Wisconsin area I know South Central Wisconsin. Buyer reviewCraig Schreiber was recommended to me by a friend/co-worker. I was looking specifically to purchase vacant land for recreation and a future home site. I was willing to be patient, knowing what I wanted was in high demand and short supply. As it turned out, the property I purchased was in the first group of listings Craig sent. He met with me promptly to look at the propery and we had an offer to the seller in no time. I found out after my offer had been accepted that there was a large interest in this property immediately after. Approximately 7 years ago, I tried doing this with another local realtor and had a less than desirable experience. It really makes me appreciate Craig and his efforts. I've already recommended him to others.

I understand he was not repersenting us as a buyer however we felt his comunication was excelent and kept us informed through the process. WE ALL felt very comfortable working with Craig Schreiber. He even worked extra hard to close on a certain day (might I add a unrealistic time frame) .. A birthday of all things.. to our surprize he delivered! This truely was an epic day to remember and we will remember our realitor that day... probably forever. Thanks Craig!
