Buyer reviewCraig had good follow up on a property I called about previously that had already sold. He called me a month or two later with a peroperty he was listing thinking it would fit our need. He should and discussed a number of properties with us. I felt he understood what we were looking for. He had great follow up, was friendly, nver seemed rushed with us. A very nice person and was a great exdperience working with him

Seller reviewCraig Woodward did an excellent job in selling my house. He was informative and readily found answers to all my questions. The property presented some challenges that had to be addressed before being put on the market, but Craig calmly shepherded me through these challenges to move the projects forward. This included coordinating with the appropriate government offices for me to obtain the variances needed to meet code. I also greatly appreciated the regular updates he provided. Highly recommended.
