In the early 1980's, Cris bought her first piece of land. Acting as general contractor, she took out a construction loan to build her first home at age 19 while working as a computer programmer. Having worked for various National and Regional Home Builders for almost 20 years, her insights into how builders work best with customers enables her to provide clients with the best negotiation strategy. Buyer reviewI loved working with Cris. I would not have been able to purchase a gorgeous new townhouse without Cris' help and expertise. She went above and beyond negotiating with the builders and also taught me how to ask for certain things in the new house. Cris was so kind and so supportive too. She would check in frequently to make sure I was doing well and made time in her schedule for me.

Plus her experience proved to be invaluable! Cris went above and beyond in several ways: she referred me to vetted contractors when I needed to have work done to the property. She offered appliances when I chose to update the kitchen. During the week of the closing, she was at the property multiple times, to ensure the appearance remained appealing and clean. She also did some work at the house that I could not do myself because I live out of state, and was at a retreat during that week. I would recommend Cris Hittle, HANDS DOWN, above all other realtors in the area! She did everything she could to insure the best selling price, and a speedy sale.
