Where to start... Cristian is an exceptional and great source to the real-estate business. Has lots of knowledge and has the "go getter" attitude. He always got back to us on all questions in a timely manner and always gave us his honest feedback. Making us feel 100% sure about our next decision during the home buying experience. Buying our first home with Cristian made everything smooth and headache free/piece of cake. Will recommend to all of our friends and family.

Cristian is a class act! I am so happy to have worked with him!! Cristian was with us every step of the way. We spoke daily and he walked me through the entire process several times. I was actually sad when it was all over because I wouldn't have a reason to connect with Cristian every day lol.

This was my first home buying experience. I didn't know the process, was unsure about the negotiation aspects, and had a lot of issues with the selling party during the escrow period. Through the entire sale Christian was responsive, informative, supportive, patient, and always advocated for me and had my best interests in mind. He is very trustworthy which for me was the most important trait I would want from my agent.
