Crystal was always there when we needed her, she was always professional and looked out for the best interest for our family. She went above and beyond on helping us find the right place to call home after showing us many places all over at a moment's notice she was there to serve us well and we appreciate all she did for us. Crystal helped me when the city council approached me with a low offer. She went to city meeting with me, listening to their plans that would devalue my property asking me to allow them to put a drainage ditch into my property because I had a pond and pasture. They did not have specific plans, but wanted me to allow a waterway/retention pond in my property. We told them no. They are putting water drainage elsewhere, thus I'm keeping up the value of my property that sold actually for more than the comps showed.

Crystal found properties for us to consider beyond the boundaries we set for ourselves. It was an arduous search and she brought ideas and possibilities that were "outside of the box." We extended our search to find our dream home. Her professionalism and knowledge was appreciated and noted, and we would highly recommend her to others.

I found property online while out of town on a Saturday. I reached out to Crystal immediately thinking this property would go fast. I let Crystal know when I was due back into town and stressed to Crystal to be in contact with selling realtor for us a chance to get in before it went under contract with another buyer. Crystal was able to get us in upon my arrival back into town. It was a holiday, July 4th in fact. We were under contract on the 5th. So, she took my call on a Saturday, worked with selling realtor all weekend and showed the house on July 4th. To me that was above and beyond taking time away from family working all weekend and then again on the holiday

Crystal Mcgahan, Was right there to answer any questions or concerns I had within seconds. You have a very valuable employee in Crystal she has the most upmost respect for her clients. Very hard working always a positive person in stressful situations while you are doing the most important thing of selling your home. I know for a fact she runs all day long eating lunch on the run. She works way into the evenings when something important comes up. She will always have my support. She needs to be recognized for her hard work ethics and how she represents her company. You have a team leader in Crystal Mcgahan. I think highly of Century 21 First Group because of the driving force of your agent. I'm just so happy I was able to have Crystal by my side through a stressful situation. She was very calming and kept me focused on my end goal. I do not think I could have had anyone better to help me through my first sake of a home.
