I would recommend her to everyone. She was attentive, informative, patient, and honest with me the whole step of the way.

She kept me in the loop from day one. When it came to negotiating the price and terms of the purchase it was a home being built and the builder had a set price so there was no negotiation. When I did my inspection she was there right along side my sons and I making sure we tagged all items which was crucial. The inspectors that she used was very knowledgeable. She came highly recommended by friends/relatives in Ohio. It was the best choice I made in selecting her as my Agent. She took her time in explaining the tiniest details of the home buying process. This was the first time I've done this process alone. Whenever I called or text she responded right away. I have not been able to sell my home in Northwest Florida and she was guiding me on questions to ask my other agent as well as titbits on preparing my home for different showings. Ive said it all in the previous comments. You should hire more people like Crystal. She seemed like she genuinely enjoys her work and worked hard at finding answers to all the questions. When I was so confused at some of the wording she took her time at explaining it over to me even if it was more than three times. She never made me feel uncomfortable she made she I was clear on understanding the process. Buying a home by myself for the first time is stressful. She made it fun with her since of humor and laughter. I felt comfortable with Crystal from our first encounter. She passed along to me recommendation of her personal business contact which will be able to help me long after . ..for example the people which fix electrical issues, nail tech, just to name a few. She also pointed out different shopping in the area.

Crystal is always competent and has great communication skills. She is 100 percent professional and has a great understanding in this field. She is not scared to fight for her client on what is right and what needs to be done. I would recommend Crystal because she is responsive, knowledgeable, and always wants what is best for her client. There is not another realtor I would use besides Crystal in any real estate transaction. She has a customer for life!
