Our house sold the second day it was listed. Crystal told us it would sell fast, and it did! This transaction involved Crystal as our selling agent. (We had also used her as our purchasing agent.) She is always able to think ahead and explain every detail of the transaction. Our property had multiple offers. She explained each offer to help us select the one that was best for us. Crystal made the purchase transaction, and then the sale transaction stress free.
