Not only did he do a fantastic job showing and selling my residence well above listing price, but he also helped us make a competitive offer on a commercial space as well. He has shown me several homes over a period of weeks until I found just the right one, and again he put such a competitive offer together that we were able to go under contract within a few hours of seeing the home. Buyer reviewBack in 2022 we contacted Cullen at random to see a house. The house was not to our liking, but Cullen left a big impression on us. He was thoughtful, charismatic, and easy to talk to. I kept his card and late 2022 I found a house that I really liked and I contacted Cullen to see it. we went ahead with Cullen to buy that house but it was not written for us. Then after we saw a few more houses with Cullen. In January 2023 we saw a house that had dropped on the market in that day. The house was highly sought after. Cullen went to maximum effort to make sure that the sellers accepted our offer. His knowledge of putting in a clause and contacting the agents is what made the deal go through. We are thankful to Cullen and the Century 21 staff for their hard work, passion, performance, and dedication.
