Seller reviewCurt Anderson absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty and was easily the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Curt and his team were always available to answer our questions, day or night, but we rarely had to take advantage of this because he was also very proactive in anticipating our questions before we even asked them and leading us step-by-step through the process. It is so rare to find someone so knowledgeable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and personable, but Curt really did prove to be the total package. What most impressed us was his ability to adapt his strategy and incorporate our specific goals and restraints into his overall plan. Faced with moving across the country and without the resources to maintain both a mortgage and a new rental payment, we let Curt know that our primary goal was selling the house quickly, with price being a secondary consideration. Not only did he market the house so that we received multiple offers in a short amount of time, but he also was able to sell the house for $15,000 more than we originally planned on asking. Truly the best of both worlds! Needless to say, I will be strongly recommending Curt to any of my friends and family in the DFW area who plan on selling their house.

We had some difficulty with several lenders and Curt helped navigate us though it all with advice, recommendations, and emotional support for both my wife and I. Curt was excellent in handling the sales negotiations with the builder as well as taking care of our every needs with the lender. Curt is not only our realtor, he is our friend whom we trust and would continue to recommend to our friends and family.
