I was always impressed with how quick he was to respond through text, emails, or phone calls. He was quick to update me on new properties that would come on the market. When it came to negotiating with the sellers I was confident he was looking out for my best interest. I also appreciated never being pressured into any step of the process. He would let me know my options and answer every question with great detail. Over time my requirements for my home changed.
