A Passion for Real Estate, and Helping Others
I've been passionate about real estate for as long as I can remember; yet, did not pursue it until recently. I spend a lot of time viewing homes online, researching home prices, and generally just following the market. It's a hobby as well as a job and I wouldn't want to do anything else. I consider myself fortunate to be starting in this career, and to be able to help the members of my community.

I've lived in Rhode Island all of my life. When I am not helping his clients buy or sell a home, I enjoy spending time with friends, family and most specifically my grandchildren.

Cynthia had a marketing plan which included one day of scheduled visits and one day of an open house. The result was the house selling in two days. Professional pictures and a great write up of the property helped. Couldn't have asked for more, all offers were over asking. Put all of the positive characteristics listed in your survey into one person and you get Cynthia. We worked together from the first visit to the closing for 6 weeks and it was always a pleasure. Great plan, 2 days to sell, received more than asking!!!! I have been bragging about Cynthia to friends and family. Thanks for taking on selling our house.
