She was reasonable in setting expectation levels as opposed to those who just wanted the business. I have worked with many realtors over the years and she was by far the best. She recommended good, reliable and reasonable repair people and monitored their progress. She kept me up to date on all the above and promptly answered any questions or concerns that I had. Plus, Cindy was incredibly nice to work with.
