Having been raised in the construction industry, as my father is a developer, my brother a general contractor and two other family members are electricians. I studied architecture and was a draftsman for our family business. I myself have built several homes in the past as a president of my own development company. Real Estate is my passion and is in my blood so to speak. I have been a realtor since January of 2005 and am a certified VA agent specializing in first time home buyers. I also have experience in land, mobile homes and investment property. Loyalty, Honesty and Integrity are of the utmost importance in working with Military and their Family and Friends. I have many awards for production but my favorite award is the Pinnacle Quality Service Award, which I have received two years in a row. I have received the Quality Service many times before the Pinnacle. I love to help people reach their dream of owning a home. Buyer reviewCynthia is wonderful! Within the 1st week we were out looking at properties, made an offer on one home, Cynthia gave a really good strategy for making a solid offer and I agreed. The agent for that property underbid the listing price to start a bidding charge for offers. We moved on and looked at a new construction which is what I really wanted to begin with and the rest is history. Cynthia knew and understood exactly what I wanted in a home. She found the right place and location and all I/we had to do was wait for the home to be completed. She answered every call, email and text even during a family emergency of her own. She made herself available even through a few schedule changes with the walk through. During my "preliminary" walk through, the home customer service representatives were overjoyed and thrilled that Cynthia was there with me because she was able to provide more information about my new home than they did. The "reps" mentioned that they wish she could be at all of their "new home" walk through orientations! Should I need another realtor, I'll definitely be calling Cynthia Wyman and Century 21 Award.
