Dagmar Ryan of CENTURY 21 Classic Gold

Dagmar was very knowledgeable of the area I was interested in. I wanted to try and stay in the town of Carver, but was open to branch to other local towns. Her attention to my needs were more than what I had expected or hoped for, from our first meeting at a property. I had seen her name on a yard sign for Century 21 Gold and called. She came right over and showed me the home. Her knowledge of homes that would fit my family's needs and her wonderful personality is why I chose her to be my broker. Highly recommend her as she helped my dreams become a reality in finding my forever home. Dagmar took me to quite a few open houses and properties. She had even attended ones I could not because of scheduling conflicts. I decided on a new build and I really had no idea on what that entailed as I had never gone through this process. Dagmar was more than helpful. She helped me through the selection process, was present for every meeting with builders, and communicated with great professionalism to builders, project manager, sellers agent, lawyers, and myself. She explained and broke down the process involving transactions, building timelines, and the legality of it all. I couldn't have lucked out with a better broker!! She took a lot of stress off of me and that really showed how much she cares for me and my three little ones. Century 21 is lucky to have her as part of their team!! Dagmar was so easy and wonderful to work with. She truly helped me envision what I wanted and needed for my family. The thought of leaving the home my late husband and I purchased together as first time home buyers shortly before we got married 15 years ago was so sad. We became parents to three children and planned on raising them there. Sadly, he passed away 6 years ago. My kids are still young and needed a big change, create new memories. Dagmar was very sensitive to my situation and really could see how much this was needed and how bittersweet it was to come to this decision. She was so helpful to me with choosing what and where I could carry on and plant new roots. If it wasn't for Dagmar, I would probably still be looking . She was always available whenever I needed advice, a question answered, an open house I wanted to attend, anything really. Even on her time off!! She was very professional, yet made me feel so comfortable through this process that our relationship seemed like a friendship. Buying a home shouldn't be pain staking, it should be exiting and pleasant and that is exactly what it felt like during this process with Dagmar. It was awesome and I'm so glad it was her name on that sign!!!

Dagmar handled the sale of our beloved home as we downsized. She helped us find our new home and we look forward to moving in after we do minor renovations. She was honest and trustworthy and we have recommended her to all our friends. We will miss our day to day interaction with Dagmar , but we gained a new friend!

Dagmar was a pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. She offered sound advise on what to pay attention to while spending money fixing up things, that would yield the best return for the money. I feel that we got a fair price based on what the market would bear for our geographic area. Since we were living out of state for most of the time that the property was on the market, Dagmar went the extra "mile" by keeping up the appearance of the place so it always showed well. When contractors were needed, Dagmar arranged all of the details for us. I highly recommend her to others.
