Dalena hails from the hills of Southwest Virginia and grew up in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee, where she currently lives with her husband, three dogs, and two cats. She has been in real estate since August 2020 and focuses on residential real estate across both sides of the state line. Dalena's hope is to help people from all walks of life achieve the American Dream of home ownership and find their home sweet home in the beautiful landscape of the Appalachian Mountains. She strives to provide the best service through consistent communication, education, and dedication to each and every client.

Seller reviewDalena is an excellent realtor. I have worked with many realtors in my lifetime and I rate Dalena among the best. She is smart, does her homework, thinks "out of the box", and does the extra things that make the realty experience satisfactory. She was always 1-step ahead on all facets during the sale. She had a great marketing plan which I believe was the difference between Dalena and the previous realtor who was unable to sell the house. We also received top price for the house. Dalena was in constant communication with the Buyer realtor, loan underwriter, title co., etc. Dalena was always calm and positive and helped us through the inevitable bumps and challenges when selling a house. Dalena has the right touch and knows the right questions and follow-ups to help evaluate potential Buyers in multiple bid situations. I have 100% confidence in her.
