I have much to say about Dalton without the space to articulate in full. However, I will say I have purchased properties in the past but without question, Dalton has been the most dedicated realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The purchase deal was near death several times and without Dalton's perseverance and dedication to his profession, we would not have been able to close the deal. In fact when I believed it was over he involved his broker/office to come to my aid as well and I credit this purchase 100% to the efforts of Dalton. He explained the differences of laws and procedures from my home state and made it his personal responsibility to ensure not only he gave me the facts but confirmed that I understood them. He is a tremendous asset to your organization. I do plan on exploring the purchase of additional properties in the future and would not use any other realtor than Dalton if available. I am from out of state and was looking to invest in a property within your service area and did not have much knowledge of not only your state but the local area as well. Although I showed interest with a few properties, Dalton Richardson of CENTURY 21 McAlpine Associates contacted me 1st and not only asked me a few questions about my desires but lined up many properties for me to view on Saturday and Sunday since I was only down there a few days. Due to your offices diligence, I found a good property that weekend. I already wrote how I feel about Dalton but will write one more additional comment. If everyone in your office has the work ethic, diligence and disposition as Dalton your brokerage, if not already, should be the most successful in your service area at least. When called upon, your office was there to assist and support your agent when it would have been easier to walk away.
