Personal Profile
I am a California native, having raised my children in a small California town called Weaverville. My wife & I love the great outdoors & have spent a great deal of time in activities ranging from backpacking to rafting and everything in between. Professionally, I have spent many years in the timber industry as a licensed professional, so naturally I feel right at home in the beauty & splendor of southern Utah. I enjoy working with different people and helping them accomplish their goals or find their dream home or property. My greatest satisfaction is the smile on their faces and knowing that I did everything possible for them. My motto says it all, "Committed to Hard Work and Excellence". Our family including myself have always had close ties with serving our country from WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Afghanistan, Iraq. In addition to serving in the Air Force myself, many generations of family members have served in various branches of the military, including the latest generation, with two nephews attending the Air Force Academy.

Seller reviewI have know Dan since 2017. I was looking to purchase land in Cedar City Utah to build a home. After literally years of searching for the right property, and Dan diligently sending new properties to view, I purchased almost 8 acres of beautiful Utah land. After building and living on the property I decided I wanted a little warmer climate and decided to move to Arizona. Dan was the first person I thought of to sell my property having worked with him to purchase the land. As usual, Dan was more than willing to go the extra mile to help with the sale. The property sold within days of listing it, and I couldn't be happier with Dan's handling everything.

Buyer reviewWe lived in North Las Vegas and it took several trips to Utah, meeting with Dan, looking at many properties to find a home that worked for us. Dan worked very hard setting up showings that would accommodate our schedule and my 92 year old mother's pace. He was patient and understanding to our needs during every visit to Utah and was readily available to answer the many phone calls and texts. We enjoyed working with Dan Bummer very much and will definitely ask him to represent us in the future!

So when it came to selling our property we went straight to Dan as we value his opinion . Dan was very helpful during the whole process. It went smoothly and successfully. Would hire Dan again in a heartbeat. Dan was very knowledgeable about my property. I could call him with any question and he was always there to help me. Seller reviewDan was great to work with. Although we had never met he was among four other agents who sent me a letter regarding my property in Brian Head. Dan was selected as my listing agent for a number of reasons but the number one reason was his response time. As a former Realtor I appreciated his timely response when I reached out to him. None of the other agents called or when they did it was days later. Timing is everything. Thanks Dan!!
