After my first realtor showed little care for my needs and wants, I was hesitant to find another. However, Dan treated like a person and did his best to understand my vision. He educated me and made feel like we were a team throughout the entire process. It was hard to see him leave after closing day because he didn't just act like a realtor, he acted like mentor and teacher as well. If you are looking for someone to really stand by your side and fight for you, Dan is the way to go.
