We worked with Dan Irish 4 years ago with the purchase of our first home, and again with the sale and purchase of our new home. Besides his friendliness and patience, Dan is incredible organized and connected. He provides you with an email timeline up front and ensures you take all of the needed steps to close on time. He keeps the process on track and returns contracts incredibly quickly for review. He has seemingly limitless contacts for contractors, inspectors, mortgage brokers, roofers, granite installers, and other professionals that came in handy on multiple occasions. Even as a first time buyer, we never felt lost in the process. Dan guides you through the entire purchase and sale while making you feel like you're his only client! Dan guided us through our home purchases/sale like we were members of his family. His easy going nature, friendliness, and transparency are unrivaled. I couldn't imagine a better experience purchasing or selling a home with anyone else.
