Dana Allen has been in actively engaged in real estate for over 12 years.
Her real estate journey began with a part time job during high school for a local broker, which transitioned into her first job after college graduation as a mortgage lender in Detroit. After the purchase of her first house, she became a licensed Realtor in the Birmingham - Bloomfield marketplace just as interest rates reached an all-time high. However, this did not stand in the way of her success. She was off to a good start!
Her four years with that boutique firm, together with her sales volume, qualified Dana to obtain her Real Estate Broker's license and begin 'round two' in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan thirteen years later. This time, the real estate market was taking a nose-dive into the deepest real estate recession of our lifetimes. Fear not, Dana perservered.
The third time is the best! Dana accepted Century 21 Northland's long standing invitation to join them in the Traverse City office in the summer of 2014. The greatest testimony to the quality of professional service that Dana provides is spoken from the mouths of her clients, many of whom have referred her to close friends and family members, and others who have returned themselves.
This is the profession that Dana enjoys most of all. Aside from work, she can be found Bend, Oregon and New York City creating memories with her son and daughter. Cycling, skiing and sailing keep a smile on her face - especially if it involves the backcountry, good friends, and a refreshing beverage at the finish line.
