I work with Dani at her side job. I watched her get her license and go to classes. I wanted to use her to help support her in the beginning of her own career as a licensed agent. I was very impressed with her eye for detail. From the pros to cons. Which I think is very important in homebuying. I liked that she spoke what she was thinking. It made me feel better about what I'd see. Cons are not neccesarily a negative thing for a house. Instead, more awareness for future remodeling or fixing. When you have a realtor that helps you through the thought process it makes buying that house more comfortable for such a huge investment. I recommend Dani especially if you are a first time homebuyer!
