Dan was the listing agent on another property we called him about and from there, our professional relationship flourished. Dan continued to show us the type of property we were seeking and finally saw one we liked and put in an offer to purchase. Whenever, we called, Dan responded in a timely fashion. Dan guided us through some thorny issues with the purchase price and other contract contingencies that needed to be settled.

I dealt with Daniel Boddy while purchasing my first home. His name was provided to me from a friend who could not say enough good things about him. My friend was also a first time home buyer and said that Dan was always pleasant and did not mind answering any questions. After my purchase I have to agree, Dan answered all my question quickly and explained them well. In addition he explained the whole process with me as we went about it, so there was not any surprises. He was open to show me any house I wanted in addition to the houses he found that met my specifications. All in all I would have to say working with Dan Boddy to buy my first house was a great experience and I am going to recommended him to all my friends and family.
