I felt that he priced and marketed my home perfectly to get not just a large quantity of buyers, but quality buyers. My house was only on the market for 5 days. We had multiple offers and he gave great advice on what was important to consider in the negotiation process. Following the sale of my home, he continued to be extremely present throughout all the steps of the process.
