As soon as I told Dan we were no longer interested in that property, he immediately got on his phone to access available properties and was.able to get us in to see the property we ended up purchasing. My lawyer handling the closing was even impressed that Dan came to the closing as well. He didn't miss an opportunity to be at every milestone of the process.
