I first reached out to Daniel almost a year ago when we were looking for a rental property. Unable to find anything suitable, I told Daniel that we were no longer going to look at rentals, but because he left such a favorable impression, I would reach out to him later in the year about buying a property. As soon as we were ready, I reached out to Daniel and within 2 days he found us our perfect home. I should also mention that when we were looking to rent, we had tried to work with another realtor; we sent her numerous listings, but in a four-week time period, she only took us to two properties.
