Dan Rike has helped my family and friends with our real estate needs for years. He is professional, knowledgeable and his attention to detail is always spot on. Dan was an absolute delight to work with. I interviewed other agents and Dan fully understood where we were coming from. He understood the struggle and years of pain associated with a rental property- I knew he was the right person to handle the property sale. He was very hands on during the preparation/listing process and had a lot of knowledge about the local market. He advised on staging. The property was under contract in a matter of days- 20k above asking price. Dan kept an eye on things which we greatly appreciated (since we lived an hour away from the property). He guided us through a long and challenging closing with dignity and grace. I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him again.

We met with Dan because he was selling the house next door; had worked with the clients to improve it and we thought he could help us with ours. He and his wife did a WONDERFUL job helping us to sell our house IN FOUR DAYS!!! He was also very helpful in the purchase of our new house, even though it was in a new development and we didn't need a lot of support for that. He took us on a ton of house viewings to help us locate the perfect house- including some out of the way and strange properties - just to make sure we were seeing everything we wanted to. He was very patient and flexible and willing to help. I really appreciated Dan's GREAT service. We had some very VERY minor communications issues at one point, but once addressed they were never repeated. Dan is an absolute rockstar and provides the best service level we've ever see over a MULTITUDE of realtors we've ever worked with. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to all friends/family in the area who are looking to sell or buy.

Other brokers created problems for me. Dan created solutions. e.g. brokers would identify items in the house that needed to be fixed or changed prior to listing and told me to let them know when it was done. Dan identified the same items but said "I'll arrange to have these completed for you..." Other brokers listed all the items to be fixed while Dan went over which ones NOT to fix because it would not affect the ability to sell in our market nor would it affect the price - and he was right. Dan was outstanding in every way. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again if the need arises.

Dan and Jen worked so very hard to get our house ready to be on the market and walked us though every step of the way! No question was gone unanswered and helped us though whole process until the very end! With there knowledge our house sold in 6 hrs.
