Investing in his first property at an early age sparked a life long obsession with the freedom and many benefits that owning real estate brings. Buyer reviewI chose Daniel because he was friendly, trustworthy, professional, and respectful. He has a wonderful personality. But I learned much more about him through this process. He communicated with me almost daily during my buy/sell process. He was accessible at the craziest of times and always promptly replied. He listened to my needs and concerns and was always willing to explain things I didn't understand. This was my first time selling a home. He walked me through this entire process step by step. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone needing to sell or buy! We had to negotiate a few major repairs into the sell of the home. His ideas on how to do that and still get what I wanted to get out of my home were amazing! My circumstances with the co-owner of the house made it difficult for Daniel . Everything he did he had to do twice. He worked so very hard with us and the buyers to pull this deal off. I had at one point considered selling myself without a realtor. I don't know what on earth I was thinking. I could not have done this without Daniel.
