Buyer reviewWorking with Ms. Daniella exceeded any of our expectations. As a first-time homebuyer, we were not familiar with the terminology or the process. Ms. Daniella was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. She even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Ms. Daniella was willing to meet us anytime to tour different homes, and when we felt in love with our townhouse she had put together the offer letter the same day! She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. We highly recommend Ms. Daniella. She really helped us throughout the whole process : from finding the right home to all the steps leading to closing , she was there. We love her!

Seller reviewI live in Iowa and sold my rental property in Virginia. Daniella went above and beyond by meeting with my tenant and doing a walk through of the property. She recommended contractors for home repairs and even went to the property to clean up a leak herself. Daniella was wonderful to work with because she always answered phone calls and responded to emails right away. She was always available for questions and if she didn't have the answer, she contacted others who would have the answer. I love that she is a go-getter and was thorough in her explanations. Being so far away from my property, it was comforting to have Daniella look out for my best interests. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, especially if they live out of town.
