She makes herself available to her clients around the clock, jumps through every hoop, puts out every fire and goes the extra mile at every opportunity to ensure a sale is prompt, profitable and successful. She has become family to us - we have sold one house with Daniella and purchased two. If she's not available, I'm simply not in the market.

Seller reviewI live in Iowa and sold my rental property in Virginia. Daniella went above and beyond by meeting with my tenant and doing a walk through of the property. She recommended contractors for home repairs and even went to the property to clean up a leak herself. Daniella was wonderful to work with because she always answered phone calls and responded to emails right away. She was always available for questions and if she didn't have the answer, she contacted others who would have the answer. I love that she is a go-getter and was thorough in her explanations. Being so far away from my property, it was comforting to have Daniella look out for my best interests. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, especially if they live out of town.
