Danielle worked at finding me the perfect home diligently until I found what I wanted! She was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process. She always paid attention to detail and was always very thorough and I would seek her out to buy or sell any property.

Danielle and the Gene Group Staff provided first class service to us during the sale or our home. Danielle showed my wife and I analytical data in the beginning of the process that showed market trends in our area and what we should expect in terms of how long it may take to sell. The pictures that were taken for listing were very good and showed the home very nice for online viewers. Danielle was always available for open houses and if she could not do one, another Gene Group employee was able to accommodate and do it for her, good team work. Once an offer on the home was made, the negotiations with the buyer were handled and the inspection process was very smooth. The closing also went smooth, not only did we close our home that we had just sold, but Danielle also was able to handle the closing of another home we purchased in a different state, all of this was navigated by Danielle and the other team members at the Gene Group. As I have already said, Danielle has continued to be helpful even after the money crossed the table and the purchase was done. She is an exceotional person and we are all in her debt for her sage advice throughout the process. I myself have been a licensed real estate broker in New York State. To have had an agent as good as Danielle I would have been very sure to take care of her in every way that I could, she is a treasure.
