I wish there was a score higher then excellent to give Danielle. She was my light in a very dark moment dealing with selling my fathers condo after he passed away. This was not an ordinary situation, anything that could have gone wrong with the property did and Danielle was always immediately there jumping in to help and at the ready with a solution. This was immensely helpful since I live over 2 hours away. In addition to her many helpful connections, keen problem solving, and unwavering support she was always kind, thoughtful, and supportive. I could not have made it through selling my fathers property without Danielle, she was my shining star. I felt like I had gained a friend through that process and would recommend her to anyone and everyone without hesitation. Above and beyond is an understatement, I am forever grateful.

The Wayne NJ property sold was that of my recently deceased cousin. I am from Connecticut and Danielle Fiorina came highly recommended to me by the attorney handling the estate for me, as executor. I could not have been more pleased with Danielle's handling of the sale. The property required several areas of remediation (cleaning, electrical, furniture removal, underground oil tank removal) and Danielle jumped in to identify contractors, monitored the work progress and keeping me informed at all times. I never had to make to call to anyone other than Danielle - she coordinated everything. Interestlying - this whole sales process was handled remotely via continous email and phone conversations. Looking foward to meeting Danielle in person to thank her "live". So glad I took my attorney's recommendation.
