Throughout the process they helped explain the current market, the expectations we should have, and getting us viewings. They were willing to tell us when something was likely not a good value or fit. Once we found the right home, they worked with the seller's agent to negotiate a good price based on our budget and had the house under contract in 24 hours. They're helped continued through the closing process, helping us navigate questions regarding financing and contingencies. We could not be more pleased with the work they did on our behalf.
