I believe Danny Beutler had a great understanding of where the market was at on pricing the property. If the house had sold in a day or two, a seller feels like it was sold to cheap. Danny priced the property where good offers were coming in and he got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time for everyone. I think the sale was fair to the buyer and the seller. Danny Beutler is too honest to be a used car salesman, however I would sell or buy property with his help as an agent again.
